Cancellation and Payment Office Policies
All Patients:
Payment is due in full for all services rendered the day of service. If you are unable to pay for services on the day of your appointment, please inform the receptionist before you see your technician and we will reschedule your appointment if necessary. Your payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. A $59.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If there is a collection problem, the patient is responsible for all collection fees. If you prepay for treatments, all sales are final; there are no refunds.
All services are conducted by Certified Professional who have been trained to provide the best professional treatments available. Because this time is reserved especially for you, we require 48 hour notice on all cancellations (two business days). This enables us to serve you and other clients respectfully and keep prices down. There will be a minimum charge of $35.00 for missed appointments or late cancellations. We do understand that there will be times when you are running late, but in respect to our next patient the allotted time for your treatment may be shortened with no fee adjustment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
